Touch the Earth
A sweetly produced CD by Lynn Gosney with fellow Druids and musicians
such as Rob Wilson of the Network's Greenwood Grove, this is a CD to dream
to, drifting up into clouds as they tumble over the marshes, dancing with
light and shadow in the wind, riding the wings of the birds, lying flat
upon the muddy ground. For me, this is music of the pagan's soul. It would
be better described as a collection of prayers than songs, a flow of invocations
and offerings in sound. I can feel it as inspiration to those who are
seeking ways in which they too can learn to sing the songs of nature.
