Eadha

PoplarPoplar as Ally

Eadha is a whispering soul, very often in company with others of her kind, together singing the songs of the skies and the gods in their shimmering, flickering, dancing leaves. The stories of the ancestors are in their movement, providing a serenity despite their constant fluttering; so does eadha guide us when there is fear, inspiring us to face the threat strong with the company of our grandmothers' and grandfathers' courage. Poplar LeavesCommonly known as the trembling tree, or whispering tree, they are a short lived water-loving tree. This is a beautiful delicate looking tree, one that sings and dances in the lightest of breezes, offering us a message that life is to be lived, dancing with the winds and currents that may takes us where they will. It is a tree that teaches of trust and of listening to nature and our own voice, reminding us that even in the most fearful of times there is beauty and magic all around us. (CC)
